The Dental Writers Academy is a six-month on-line mentorship program for aspiring dental writers. It is the latest venture of Michael Ventriello, founder of Ventriello Communications LLC and and an accomplished dental industry marketer, ghostwriter, editor and published author. The program includes ongoing, personalized e-coaching with Michael Ventriello and a monthly virtual study club, which will frequently feature well-known dental authors as guests. Study modules will include topics such as: • Developing Your Voice & Personal Brand • Grammar and Style Basics • Beating Writer’s Block • Writing for the Web • Promoting Your Articles on Social Media • Getting Published and Getting Paid The intent is to have enrollees begin writing an article during the six-month session and have a finished draft by graduation. Mr. Ventriello will personally edit and submit the best of these final drafts to approriate dental media contacts for consideration and possible publication.
