The GeMMe group is dedicated to the identification, characterization, and quantification of mineral resources in the context of a sustainable management. The GeMMe group utilizes a whole range of sensors (VNIR-SWIR-3D-XRT-LIBS-XRF-...) and develops advanced classification tools to obtain accurate mineralogical information and anticipate downstream processing challenges (geometallurgy) both on primary ores and waste streams.
