R&M Plastic Products Ltd. was founded in 1966 by Tom Ritchie. At the time the company specialized in profile extrusions and assembly. In 1985 Bob Ritchie took over the operations of the company as General Manager and Vice-President. Under Bob's supervision the company expanded into other product lines and changed from a profile extrusion company to an extrusion and injection moulding company with worldwide recognition for its quality and customer service. In 2010 the Ritchie's purchased the remaining shares of the company. Bob became President focusing on sales and new technology, Linda Ritchie became Vice President running the finance and administration department and Dan Ritchie fulfilled the position of General Manager. Now on its third generation of operational control R&M continues to expand into other market segments.
