Partners in Wellness Management, LLC was established in 2019 to serve as a leading Metropolitan Detroit-area health management and wellness education provider. Our mission is to provide comprehensive medical and non-medical home health care services, vitamins and supplements, and wellness education to homebound patients and underserved populations across Metropolitan Detroit.
