Janssen Law, PLC was founded by Dallas J. Janssen and Jeffrey M. Janssen upon Jeff's graduation from Drake Law School and the receipt of his law license in 2016. However, the inception of the firm started when Dallas, after working 10 years at Erickson, Miller & Lytle, P.C. and becoming partner, left in 1989 and hung his shingle and began Janssen Law Office in the general practice of law, focusing mainly in bankruptcy and creditor representation. Through hard work, dedication, and many early mornings and long nights, Dallas has built one of the premier bankruptcy and creditor representation practices in the state of Iowa. Through almost four decades of practice, Dallas has remained true to his mission: to provide fast, professional and cost-effective advocacy to his clients in order to meet their diverse and changing needs.
