Tired of the same-old computer-generated images, canned sound effects and generic music you see in lots of applications for kids, we decided to raise the bar. Our mission: call on the original talents of celebrated artists, designers and performers to create fine art-inspired educational apps that are so cool kids won’t even realize they’re learning. Sing-along, or record your own voice, as you make your barnyard friends oink, bark, baa and moo-ve along to the music. Each interactive scene is a hand-painted on canvas by internationally acclaimed artist Norm Magnusson, with original renditions of the Old Mac song, performed in English by pop vocalist Jill Sobule, and in French by Dominique Durand of the indie band Ivy. All Original Bluegrass band combos and male vocals by Kris Bauman. Authentic sound effects by feature film sound designer Coll Anderson make you feel up close to the barnyard action.
