Quill Accounts Ltd provides a payroll and payment support services to people in receipt of a Direct Payment, Self Directed support, or other forms of independence funding such as an ILF award. The company is not-for-profit in order to best serve people with disabilities and other health problems, as well as reducing the burden on Local Authority workloads and budgets. The company already works alongside several Local Authorities across Scotland, but can cater to any authority at any location UK-wide.
