We act as the Clients representative and trusted adviser, serving as a single point of contact to manage risks, provide assurance of outcomes, facilitate design development, co-ordinate procurement and manage construction of projects to ensure it is delivered on time, to budget and to the desired quality. Our core service is project management, where we act independently of designers and contractors, ensuring we provide autonomy in representing our Clients' best interests and obtaining the best value for our Clients. We manage project delivery in line with the agreed budget and maintain quality through proactive project management; managing the design teams and contractors by working collaboratively to facilitate greater outcomes for our Clients. We specialise in commercial, retail, food and beverage and hospitality fit-out or refurbishment projects, and have the expertise to manage new build projects from initiation through to completion.
