Integrative Health Centers (IHC) addresses the 3 key barriers to quality care (access, coordination and continuity) by providing integrative, comprehensive psychiatry, behavioral health and addiction medicine services. IHC uses a blend of in-person and telemedicine patient encounters through partnerships. By partnering with sites that see the value in integrative care, IHC can supplement patient care in any or all three service lines via a telemedicine platform. Partner sites use IHC’s telehealth platform to enhance both patient care and revenue opportunities by directly integrating any or all of these specialties into clinic operations regardless of patient or provider location. IHC’s flexible, integrative model allows partners and patients to manage chronic conditions effectively by improving access, coordination and continuity of care.
