I provide electrical engineering consulting services. I work with clients to develop test methods, analyze results and evaluate technologies. I am very sucessful in identifying costly performance problems and causes. I have provided expert testimony and analysis in a number of court cases. I have personal experience with residential photovoltaic systems and controls, using my own home and shop as an energy conservation lab.
