Southport BID aims to make a difference to the future of Southport. By working in partnership and continually evolving we will make Southport a forward facing town through: making Southport cleaner, safer and greener, adding valus through events, attracting and supporting visitors In May 2019, following a succussful yes ballot we secured a second term until 2024. ----------------- Southport BID is an independent organisation that represents more than 950 businesses in Southport town centre. Its main focus is to support and improve the vibrancy and vitality of the town centre by investing monies, raised from a levy, sponsorship and other funding sources into a programme of events, environmental improvements and safety projects, as well as enhancing the marketing of the town centre as a premier coastal tourist resort.
