The ECWDB collaborates with local businesses, government, and education partners to develop effective programs and services that improve the workforce. In doing so, we are creating a talent pipeline that will result in satisfied employers offering long-term employment and increased wage earnings. Our goal is to: -Engage business and community leaders in addressing workforce issues and promote strategies to improve basic workforce skills. -Assist job seekers with accessing the resources they need to find a great job, or to get access to education, training, and funds to get the qualifications they need. -Help employers find qualified workers and assist them with their business needs.
