I have more than a decade of litigation experience, and litigated complex, multi-million-dollar disputes on behalf of mid-size to Fortune 100 companies across a wide array of industries, both domestically and internationally, at a high-profile law firm in Washington, D.C. Select substantive claims included breach of contract, business torts/negligence, asbestos, products liability, unfair competition, and fraud. I also defended clients in global antitrust investigations, and spent 16 months in Tokyo, Japan assisting a multinational company under investigation by the United States Department of Justice and international competition authorities for alleged bid rigging and price-fixing related to automotive wire harnesses and related products. I assist parties in exploring a wide range of possibilities to resolve conflict.
