The College of Education and Human Services (formerly the College of Human Resources & Education) was originally established as a College of Education in 1927. In 1965, the College expanded to include programs that prepare related professionals in non-school positions. The current mission of the College acknowledges the diverse nature of its programs while continuing to adhere to its historic tradition of preparing educational professionals.
