BRIDGE A1 was created in 1993 by Jean Luc ROUMY in 1993 and Nestlé SA, as a limited company. Jean Luc was in charge of the blueprint of this organization and participate to design the “2000s Enterprise Model”. He introduces optimized processes management, shared service, customer relationship, change management and business transformation. In 2006, the company was relocated to Switzerland, in the form of a partnership company and became, on the 1st of November 2017, a public limited company with fully paid-up capital. Jean Luc sees resources as key to superior firm performance. He envisioned a better way to help companies develop effective competitive advantage. His approach to achieving competitive advantage that organization should look inside the company to find the sources of competitive advantage instead of looking at competitive environment for it. According too, it is much more feasible to exploit external opportunities using existing resources in a new way rather than trying to acquire new skills for each different opportunity.
