Swingin' D Horse Rescue is a 501C3 in Coweta, Oklahoma. Founded by former Miss Oklahoma and television news anchor Tami Marler and her husband, Wagoner County Sheriff's investigator, Danny Elliott, the rescue saves horses from slaughter. We transport slaughter-bound horses to safety, nurse them back to health, evaluate and train them, then adopt them to responsible owners. We survive on donations and adoption fees.
