Starting her career in banking. Else Johnson has worked in multiple organizations both in the US and abroad, where she held a variety of positions in finance, sales, marketing, and operational management. In 1998, Else established her interior design business, Kina Design. The major breakthrough in her entrepreneurial journey came when Else discovered that sustainable success in business and life is directly related to how well a business owner manages their mindset. This discovery sparked what is now Else’s fascination with personal leadership and peak performance. In 2017, Else founded Else Johnson Coaching and Consulting LLC. Her mission is to help other entrepreneurs feeling stuck, frustrated, or burnt-out successfully reach their personal and professional goals. Else is known for helping her clients get back on track and reignite their passion. With her coaching, they experience more fulfillment in building their business and enjoy more meaningful relationships. They also freed up more of their time and can spend it on things and people that matter. Else and her husband now live in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she enjoys exploring the outdoors, going on mountain biking adventures, and continuing to build meaningful relationships.
