Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity is an affiliate of Habitat International, an non-profit ecumenical housing ministry that seeks to eliminate poverty housing from the world and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Our mission is to work in partnership with God and His people who are in need of a foundation for a better future through home ownership. We will also be a resource for assisting those in need to improve or maintain their properties in order to make them livable, safe and affordable. Lake-Geauga Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1988 and is an affiliate of Habitat International. Since its start they have built 61 homes and rehabbed 25.
