We'd like to formally inform you that UPsidEo has been acquired. While it's been a tremendous ride thus far, we have decided that our individual interests are going to be most expansively pursued through separate ventures. As of December 1st UPsidEo is dissolving as is; and reinstating under new ownership, new trade name, and services. You may hear from each of us individually about future collaborations and you should certainly feel free to contact any one of us if we can be of assistance to you or your organization. We each stand firm in our commitment to changing people, society, and the world for the better, in whatever ways - big or small - feel right to us.
