We are a group of motivated professionals who have met during the International Executive MBA program at the University of St.Gallen. With world-class education as our common denominator, we have formed the SilverFoxHub to support startups in their formation and to provide knowledge and insights that will benefit startups in all respective areas. We believe that financial investment is the first and foremost success factor to lever startups’ success, however not the only one. We believe that successful startups master the art of managing uncertainties in changing environments and excel in pivoting. However, ventures may be especially prone to pitfalls; larger organizations have already dealt with and have developed cultures and mechanisms around it. We believe that contributing valuable learnings from the corporate world and providing different angles of looking at challenges will help startups be aware of possible problems and provide them with the necessary skills to refrain from making unnecessary early mistakes.
