Our mission is to demonstrate that insurance can be a rewarding and stimulating lifetime career, rather than one that people simply "fall into". We aim to benefit our industry by promoting the attraction and retention of new talents, and ensuring that they share our passion for the continued growth and prosperity of the African Insurance market. Also, we aim to create a Network of Young Insurance Professionals for the purpose of exchanging information and ideas thereby increasing the insurance penetration rate in Africa. We will be providing platforms for continuous career growth, professional development, and training for our members through conferences, seminars and collaborative arrangements with Insurance companies across Africa. Our membership is open to those young professionals working in the insurance industry across underwriters, brokers, claims personnel, risk managers, loss adjusters, insurance lawyers, accountants and other service providers.
