TAG Restaurant Holdings, owned by D.Ream (a division of Dogus Holdings), owns Tom’s Kitchen that currently operates three London restaurants and two delis, as well as one international restaurant in Istanbul. Tom’s Kitchen is a modern British brasserie serving comfort food favourites in a relaxed and informal environment, from breakfast to dinner, seven days a week. All the restaurants work with British suppliers and farmers that are as passionate about growing as the chefs are about cooking whenever possible. The team is committed to serving fresh, ethically sourced ingredients and goes to great lengths researching the finest sustainable produce. The first Tom’s Kitchen opened in November 2006 on Chelsea’s Cale Street, around the corner from the flagship Tom Aikens Restaurant, with a second Tom’s Kitchen opening in London’s historic Somerset House in September 2009, alongside a Terrace and a Deli, run by The Compass Group under license. In June 2013 Tom Aikens Group opened the third Tom's Kitchen in Canary Wharf, featuring a 130 seat Restaurant, a Bar and a Deli, conveniently located in Westferry Circus. Followed by the first international branch in Istanbul in November 2013. In August 2014 a restaurant and deli opened in St. Katharine Docks, overlooking the luxury yachts in Central London’s only marina. In 2016, Tom Aikens Group opened a deli and bar on the historic HMS Belfast run by The Compass Group under license, followed by their latest opening for the group was in December 2016, with a restaurant, bar and deli opening in The Mailbox, Birmingham.
