In My Backyard Health (IMBY) and Wellness is a community based health intervention initiative that focuses on providing health and wellness education and activities that will empower families, neighbors and communities to actively engaged in adopting and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. During the spring, summer and fall months we provide programs in our backyard that neighbors and the general public can attend free of charge. Programs include our Foods that Heal cooking demonstrations, tai chi, yoga, gardening, cardio workouts, diabetes prevention and management programs and other health and wellness education and activities.
