Stanfordville Machine & Manufacturing Company was founded in 1975 by John Johnsen, who started with little more than a few machines. With steady growth for 30 years, Stanfordville Machine has become a leading supplier of mechanical parts and assemblies in the semiconductor, medical, aerospace, computer, electronics, instrument and packaging industries. We offer the expertise, craftsmanship and dedication to provide you with on-time delivery of dock to stock parts. Our facility runs two shifts to reduce down time. Our quality engineers use the most accurate and reliable instruments to ensure that your parts meet or exceed the required specifications. Our primary service is CNC machining of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper & plastic parts. We are cost competitive on prototype through production quantities. Other services we offer include prototype machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly and mechanical design. 26 CNC Machines and 2 shifts allow us to deliver on short lead times. Stanfordville Machine is an ISO 9001:2008 & AS9100 certified lean manufacturing facility, we use the latest technology in meeting our customers’ needs. Our "JobBoss" program is networked throughout the shop to provide data from the quote all the way to the invoice. "JobBoss" gives us real-time traceability on all open orders. We also use lean manufacturing, AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop, Virtual Gibbs and ESPRIT for programming to reduce lead-time and programming costs.
