I have practiced law for 33 years during which I worked in the New York District Attorney's Office, as a partner in Kreindler & Relkin, P.C., a nationally recognized Litigation, Arbitration, corporate, loan, and factoring firm representing Republic National Bank of New York, Israel Discount Bank, New York Commercial Bank, Republic Factors, Midlantic Factors, Midlantic National Bank, N.A., Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Brown Brothers Harriman, Manufacturers Hanover Bank, Chemical Bank, CIT Group Factoring, and other National Banking, Manufacturing and prominent Fashion firms. I write and speak regularly on the topics of litigation and Collection, the use of Fraudulent Conveyance Law (in the context of collection and Bankruptcy) and the enforcement of other commercial obligations.
