We assist in the change process, coach the managers, teamleaders and operators, create and implement teamboards & Gemba walks, optimise production flows. We lead and/or guide transition projects and technical implementations. We are also available for interim management (maintenance, operations, engineering, general(plant) management. We also do coaching and teambuilding events. We are certified in the Improvement and coaching KATA, LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® and MTa®
