In January 2003 Envico® established itself as the first dedicated health and safety training comparison website in the United Kingdom. Customer Feedback and Quality Ratings Customers are given the opportunity to comment about their experiences on courses whilst providing a 1 to 5 star quality rating for each of the following course elements: Quality of Training Quality of Instructor Quality of Materials Quality of Venue Value for Money Genuine customer feedback and quality ratings are fed in to the Envico® system daily and training provider ratings are updated the same day. The collection of this data enables Envico® to calculate and publish on its homepage (according to its customers) the UK’s top ten health and safety training providers.
