CLS & Associates, LLC is a landscape architecture firm established in Oklahoma City in 1999 by Principal Connie Scothorn. The firm has completed hundreds of successful projects throughout the region. CLS is respected for its quality and innovative site solutions with creative uses of landscape and hardscape materials to build a functional, aesthetic and distinctive site. Our goal is to match the client’s vision with its anticipated level of maintenance, for a long-term solution. Our work includes a diverse portfolio, including: • Trail master planning and construction, • Streetscape development, • Schools—outdoor classrooms and playgrounds • Plaza and park development, including work with ponds, fountains and trails • Sustainable design to reduce maintenance and irrigation needs, while improving the environment. CLS is experienced with LEED projects, ADA compliance, ATFP requirements, and CPSC safety guidelines for playgrounds. Clients include federal, state and municipal government agencies, non-profit groups and commercial and residential property owners. In addition, we provide support to architectural and engineering design firms, and are currently using ACAD 2018 in a network environment. Our projects have been recognized with numerous design awards from the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
