The Trust Land Office (TLO) works to Diversify, Develop, and Defend Trust assets in order to fulfill its mission to protect and enhance the value of Trust lands and maximize revenues from those lands over time. We are proud to serve the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (Trust) as its fixed asset manager of land and other non-cash assets — primarily composed of land, real estate, timber, materials and subsurface oil, gas, and coal and minerals.
