Maintaining Core Values: In order to meet the needs of our valuable customer base, Heatleys have recognised that particular customers have specific needs. This may come in the form of safety products, workwear, mechanical services, fasteners, adhesive tapes, silicone sealants, welding products and so on. As a result, we have based our business model on "separate business within business". That is to say Heatleys have representation in the form of Product Specialists in specific fields to further help customers on a more technical level. To meet this commitment, Heatleys employs dedicated product specialists in Materials Handling, Fasteners, Safety & PPE, Workwear, Glazing & Fabrication, Packaging & Tapes. In sales Heatleys have 18 account managers across all branches. Heatleys' current branch network includes four metro branches in WA located in Bassendean and Canning Vale in addition to two regional branches in Bunbury and Kalgoorlie.
