Praas Development Foundation is a non-profit social enterprise start up aiming to provide consultancy solutions and implementation assistance for executing government schemes to the Sarpanch in the rural areas. It employs high-quality human resource to work in close co-operation with the Sarpanch and the villagers. A novel fellowship program has been designed, named "Sarpanch Leadership", wherein young professionals (fellows )are recruited for a 11 month fellowship programe.
