Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai Young Arab Leaders (YAL) aim to build on the capabilities, skills and the power of their regional network to create positive change in the Arab world by providing the Arab youth with channels to tackle the challenges of unemployment through empowering them with the right education and promoting a culture of entrepreneurship amongst them.
