Creative New Zealand has 51 staff based in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch. Our staff have a range of arts experience and expertise across craft/object art, visual art, dance, media arts, Māori arts, literature, music, Pacific arts and theatre. In addition to funding arts activity we provide audience development and capability building initiatives to help artists, practitioners and arts organisations to develop professionally; manage their organisations more effectively; and grow audiences and markets for their work.
