Established in 2014, Al Safa foods is an Egyptian company that is specialized in the food and beverage industry, specifically the production of Doner kebab and shawarma. Al Safa foods tend to be a pioneer in this field as it has the first and only production facility for Doner kebab and shawarma in the middle east and Africa. Through this project, our company created a new market in the B2B and retail business by introducing the concept of producing skewers of Doner kebab or shawarma to be sold to restaurants in its final shape. Our product is very interesting for restaurant owners through saving the effort and money of manually producing the product, and guaranteeing a consistency in the quality and taste as we depend on an automated production line that helps in reducing the risk of error. We launched this project in cooperation with OZTAS, one of the top 3 Doner kebab production companies in Germany. This cooperation supported us in training our employees by German experts, and it helps maintaining high quality standards by frequent auditing on our production process offered from OZTAS
