The Jacksonville Lean Consortium is a non-profit organization whose members are dedicated to improving performance, eliminating waste, and delivering added value to their customers. Through shared learning and networking, our members work together to become more effective, more profitable, and to gain a competitive in the global marketplace. By demonstrating their continuous improvement efforts and success, our members help promote economic development and attract new businesses to the First Coast. Our Mission is to collaborate in an effort to improve the performance of businesses and organizations on the First Coast, and to promote economic growth through the implementation of Lean Thinking and its best practices.
