Together we have more than 50 years meditation experience, and have been teaching mainstream mindfulness since 2008. We have taught over a 1000 people, and regularly teach fundraising drop-in classes for charitable causes and offer free workshops for disadvantaged groups. We believe passionately in the power of mindfulness practice and living fully present to create greater happiness for individuals and society. We endeavour to make this practice accessible as widely as possible. We keep our teachings alive with our own continuous practice and exploration.
