Lean Plastic Center is the leading player in Italy in the Lean Plastic reorganization. It is a division of SGC Grecu Consulting Partners - whose capital is entirely italian - that deals with consulting, training, research and development on the most advanced and effective methods to make companies more competitive and aggressive. Lean Plastic Center develops internally, its approaches and methods: its reorganization system has been developed through the experience we gained during 30 years working in the field and, consequently, the numerous changes that reorganization methods (Lean, Six Sigma, WCM World Class Manufacturing) have undergone. Our intervention are therefore focused on and responding to the needs and peculiarities of the plastic, rubber, molds and machinery in this field.
