PMS founded in 2001 to be the premier Egyptian offshore service company as a continuation to its previous experience which started in the early 80’s as the Marine department in Petrojet Company, were founded under provision of investment law # 8 for year 1997. PMS is one of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) companies. PMS is a single entity under the Egyptian Free Zone Regulations. PMS owns 18 marine vessel and currently in the process of increasing the number to 22 vessel by 2013/2014.
