The Mechanical Engineering Discipline at TU Dublin Bolton Street has over 67 years of experience in delivering programmes and continues to revise and expand its courses by the introduction of advanced and modern technological modules. TU Dublin Bolton Street Mechanical Engineering offers the following programmes: Level 7 (TU717), Level 8 (TU822), Masters full-time and part-time (TU204/TU216) and PhD programmes. Our undergraduate programmes are fully accredited by Engineers Ireland. The Discipline has a dynamic Erasmus programme in collaboration with overseas institutes and students undertake a range of laboratory, computing, design, and project work as part of their studies. The Mechanical Engineering Programmes allow their graduates to choose between a wide number of opportunities in industry, research and further studies such as Masters and Doctorate taught and research programmes. The programmes also provide the core transferable skills which prepare graduates for career changes when desirable.
