Our vision is to create a community empowered and equipped to address gender disparity across the STEM sector. The Women in Leadership Development (WILD) Program tackles common barriers to career progression and sector retention faced by Australian women employed in the STEM sector. The WILD Program is a unique and customised experience - designed by for STEM women for STEM women - to provide our women leaders with further qualifications, skills, confidence and networks needed to attain key-decision making and board positions. WILD Program pays respect to all First Nations people, past and present, for the custodianship of the land we operate, live and gather on.
