www.boreplace.orgBore Place offers a unique solution for all your off-site, training and development needs. A historic, grade II listed manor and organic estate nestled in the beautiful Weald of Kent countryside, just 35 miles from London. We provide a peaceful and inspiring space for professional and personal development, with overnight accommodation for 50. The site comprises a variety of historical buildings surrounded by beautiful organic gardens, sustainably managed woodlands and ponds. We are working towards zero-carbon living and farming and have wood-chip, wood pellet, solar thermal, solar PV and wind installations to help power and fuel the centre. We are committed to providing organic and seasonal food and we are confident that our catering here will be a stand out feature of your visit. Established in 1976, we are a non-profit organisation committed to exploring ways of living sustainably. We run education programmes for schools and disadvantaged young people and all profits from our venue are channeled into this. Whilst staying with us we can create bespoke activities and programmes for you, such as bread baking, nighttime walks or farm tours or just come and be inspired by the surroundings and develop your own work. Bore Place is the home of the Commonwork Trust, a registered charity and company, and Commonwork Organic Farms Ltd.
