Established in 2011, Junius has completed investments representing in excess of $3.8 billion in total value across a diverse range of commercial and residential real estate located in primary and leading secondary U.S. markets. We seek special situations in high-quality real estate where we see the opportunity to create meaningful equity value through the execution of business plans combining capital, operational and/or branding initiatives. Junius’ global investor base comprises leading family office and individual clients of J.P. Morgan Private Bank.
