The Australia-China Relations Institute (ACRI) at the University of Technology Sydney is an independent, non-partisan think tank dedicated to studying the relationship between Australia and China. Chinese studies centres exist in other universities. The Australia-China Relations Institute, however, is the first think tank devoted to the study of the relationship of these two countries. ACRI has an active and rich events program, providing policymakers, students, academics and the general public unique insights into developments in China and their impact on Australia. ACRI’s research reports, journal articles, fact sheets, working papers and opinion pieces demonstrate our expertise in China’s economy, foreign affairs, business and culture. ACRI also produces the ACRI Podcast, a regular series featuring conversations with academics, experts, businesspeople, policymakers and authors from Australia and overseas.
