National Depository Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan (NDC) is a non-profit legal entity established by the financial market supervision authority of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Its mission is to provide depository, registrar, clearing and trustee services that own the best operational-settlement systems and provide high quality and optimal cost by applying modern technologies in line with international standards. NDC acts as a National Numbering Agency in Azerbaijan. NDC is a member of the following international organizations: ANNA (Association of National Numbering Agencies), ISSA (International Securities Services Association), AECSD (Association of Eurasian Central Securities Depositories).
