We've been letting and managing property for almost 10 years and we love it! It's our passion. We get out of bed each morning excited to do what we do. Before creating Harcourt White we took the time to think about what landlords want from their property agent, and what tenants expect service-wise. We felt it was important to focus on our clients... after all, if they're not happy we don't have a business! After plenty of research, careful consideration, brainstorming, preparing and agreeing (and some disagreeing!) we created Harcourt White. Starting this business and being responsible for people and properties was a big decision for us, a life decision. Having now made the decision, and the financial investment into the systems and procedures, we believe Harcourt White is well on its way to becoming one of the most innovative, exiting property companies in Cornwall. In short, Harcourt White is a letting agency and property management company that lets and manages single let properties, and has a specific HMO and Multi-Let management service. For our landlords we aim to make owning a buy-to-let property, or HMO, as stress-free and as hands-free as possible (yes, owning a HMO can be hands-free!). Harcourt White doesn't just provide a service for landlords, it's a service for tenants too. Tenants like to live in properties that are well managed by an agent they can trust and cares for them.
