We focus on reinvesting in neglected and underserved communities. Our goals are to improve the quality of life, increase housing opportunities and reenergize commerce while throttling the negative effects of gentrification. We do this by retaining different levels of affordability, implementing urban design best practices and building/preserving “missing middle housing” so existing residents are not displaced.
