Fit+Faith International was created by Dr. Melody Stevens as an online dynamic and vibrant international community for Christian women to connect and encourage one another toward better health and a closer relationship with God. We do this through individual and group coaching, online programs and communities. We help Christian women transform their health and achieve wholeness in mind, body and spirit, in Jesus' name.
