Square & Compass Solutions was established in early 2021 to assist various but specific Masonic organizations. S&C Solutions is a 100% volunteer service established to provided to Masonic organizations and partner groups with Knowledge Management (KM) and Information Technology (IT) assistance and solutions. Fraternal safety and security is one of our #1 priorities. Therefore, S&C Solutions is always establishing new safe-guards that will insure the security and safety of organizational knowledge, information and internal documents from non-members and/or individuals that are not authorized organizational access. The purpose of S&C Solutions is to assist in the establishment of processes and formal method of building and managing organizational knowledge. This includes the establishment of a file sharing repository for key organizational Documents that can include ritual, financial, organizational, administrative, process, etc. A primary function of S&C Solutions is to develop techniques and procedures for organizing, locating, and enabling access to relevant knowledge and providing the expertise required to address specific tasks in our knowledge base. Additionally, S&C Solutions assists in the development, updating and monitoring of Masonic communications policies, website, social networking accounts, and electronic discussion groups, as well as recommending new ways for the these organizations to communicate with its members and other interested parties through alternative media. In this capacity, S&C Solutions can assist in the development of a comprehensive communication plan for all items noted above including the transmission of a Quarterly “Tresselboard” style newsletters. Through S&C Solutions, I will maximize the communication frequency of planned activities to ensure that the organizations message reaches the maximum number of members with a positive identity to our communities.
