Her executive coaching and leadership programs have inspired more than 1,000 leaders in 10 countries to unleash their full potential and ignite productivity across their organizations. Laura’s ability to pinpoint how overuse of core strengths and how positive intentions may be misinterpreted provide powerful insights for her clients to build new yet authentic behaviors to cultivate their Executive Presence and expand their impact. Her clients include American Express, Express Scripts, Juilliard, The National Basketball Association, Verizon and Columbia University. Laura has extensive experience delivering global and virtual coaching engagements and programs. Prior to founding i2 Leadership, Laura held leadership positions in marketing and brand strategy at American Express, Young & Rubicam and Research International. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and is a certified executive coach.
