Our investment process is supported by a selected investment advisory board, which consists of industry experts and experienced leaders and entrepreneurs. We do not finance any individual asset acquisitions or working capital needs, but in strategic transformation, expansion in products/service and geography, as well as in turn-around strategies, management buy-in and buy-outs.
